Simple cards

Just sharing some simple cards by using stamping and die cuts techniques for a shop demo.

It is not time consuming. I finished these 3 cards within 1.5 hours.

It sounds effectively!!

 

P.S. All envelope is made by using the new WRMK envelope board. It's really easy for mesurement and fit for the handmade card.

 

 

 

"Bath Time" Mixed Media Canvas

 

This idea is come from the "Rubber Duck Project HK Tour" - the HUGE RUBBER DUCK which is the hot topic in May.

How come we make a lovely mixed media project to memorize the special moment with this theme! In this class, we will use stencils, spays, distress paints, and other art mediums (Or, some mediums that you have not imagined which being used on the project).

Specially, I use the UTEE to create the cute embellishment with melting pot.

"Lovely" Mixed Media Canvas

This Mixed media Canvas is for the coming June workshop at Pricess Rose.

I really look to put different kind of medium on to the Canvas.

I like diffiernet texture and colorful backgroud very much.

 

This time, I use the Glass Bead Gel to create the waterdrop on the KaiserCraft wood flourish.

It was completed in a rushing time again last light. I just try to completed each monthly tag within befor the monthly ended. I have applied different medium to make the different vintage style on the background and embellishments.

 

It's so happy that the Tim Holtz Distress Paint METALLIC SHADES SET OF 3 Ranger was arrived with in April and I can apply it to the backgroud of this tag.

 

 

 The Backgroud color was used the Tim's Technique but without adding the Broken China and Salty Ocean. I have added the Chipped Sapphire instead.  It's really shining for the Metallic Color. (Sorry that I am not a good photographer to have a better photo to display it!)

 

The Dragonfly and the Roman numbers were colored by using Vintaj Patinas.  I love the double wings of this embellishment. It's a metal Dragonfly. Is it cute?

 

 

Are you thinking about why this metal butterfly look similar to  the sizzix die that you got. Because it was used the Chipboard with this die. I have knoned and used the new Paint from Ten Second Studio during joining  HKMC retreat 2013 in Hong Kong. This is called the VerDay Paint. I apply it on the chipboard and relly love the texture like a vintage style texture. I knowed there are some demo video at Youtube also. You may search it.

UTEE flower

As I get hurt of my right hand wrist, I am very lazy for the crafting during the April.
Luckily to have this new item finally. The UTEE flowers by using the ranger technique.
I put the clear UTEE + Heat it Ink + Dry Gritter to have this red color.

 

I used this inspiration and decide to have the workshop specially to Mother's day as below including a double slider card. Hope all of you love it and will join the workshop.

It was completed in a rushing time. Just try to completed within March.

 

Therefore, I haven't used the "Distress Paint" colored Pin. I have added the light clay embellishment which was prepared during workshop serveral weeks ago.

 

I used the little fur ball to replace theTim Holtz Idea-ology SILVER TINSEL TWINE. As I told, I haven't got the enough time, I used the fur ball with white and gold color. I really like the little fur ball inside the rabbit although it made the rabbit being fat. (haha!!)

 

Besides, I used the big rabbit bow of the  to replaced the small one. Yes, it is the Sizzix Bigz Die - Easter Elements die from Sizzix also. I throught the rabbits are brothers. Haha....

Mixed Media - Easter Canvas Workshop

I have attended the HK Memory Chest in this month. I really love to have the mixed media workshop!! Techniques refreshment, new materials used and using whatever colors that I like......Although same period of time and same instructor, there are totally diffierent styles by participents.

In this workshop, I first time to use the Galeto of Faber-Castell.   Beside, I like the  stamping white paper very much. The colored (by Dylusion Spray) white paper under the big rabbit was like a "plastic" ribbon.
